I bought this thing one of the other times it was put up for sale and honestly kind of love it. Wife was skeptical but has become a pizza dough master and loves it as well. Is it the absolute top of the line at home pizza oven? Probably not. I have no clue. But this thing is amazing and we love using it. Have not ordered pizza from anywhere else in months. My very favorite pizza is topped with feta, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and spinach. A layer of mozzarella over the top, naturally.
My next go-to is ham, black olives and bacon with mozzarella. Sometimes I add pineapple.
